We decide our best 25 prior to a ball being bounced in the season.

If he's not in that group, he won't be considered unless we're completely ruined by injuries. Ditto Davis, Sholl and McHenry.

It’s pretty rare to see two senior players dropped in one week any side. The other changes I posted above should happen soon enough.

Wrongly, I reckon it'd be Murphy who loses his spot for Gallucci, not CEY. Not because Murphy doesn't deserve the axe, because he absolutely should be dropped, but more CEY, Greenwood and Matt Crouch in the same side is a recipe for disaster. Too slow and CEY isn't a good forward option.

I'd have cut the knife deeper, and ****ed off Mackay for anyone, but that's a start.

Stengle is surely due, I mean goal kicking forwards are kind of important. Eddie and Stengle at the feet of a competing tall forward makes some sense ... but this is the first week we might have a big man up front who likes the contact

Id like to see lynch pissed off before JJ..

Id like both to be dropped.

Lynch has been insipid so far this year.

Himmelburg in... JJ to work further up the ground and second ruck.. and if he cant put it on the line this week.. he gets dropped to the sanfl until he proves he can.

Judging on having both JJ and Murphy on the bench means they're both 50/50. Also means they arent going to give Gooch a bigger midfield role and he'll be in for Murphy if he does play, which is why Stengle hasn't been considered.

Line-ball I think. The only reason Murphy might be saved is because of Jones' concussion but, at this stage, the club has deemed him well enough to play meaning Murphy might make way. Still, to not bring in Stengle for him is lunacy.

As soon as Doedee went down that meant Kelly is booked in for the season, even when Brown comes back.

Just hope he tidies up his disposal. He's never going to be a damaging kick (to the opposition I mean) but he's even been missing 15-25m chip passes lately.
