Who Tags?

Maybe Vince again? Or Hendo considering Lynch is on the field.
My guess is that Kerridge will go to Mitchell. Maybe a forward tag on Birchall by Jaensch. If Wright's the sub and they need another tagger then maybe try Mackay - couldn't be much worse than any other role he's played this year. I love Lyons but he would make Brent Reilly look like a good tagger.

well, looks like it's Smack's turn to shine

Does Lairds out mean Jaensch goes back?

Or does Petrenkos out mean Jaensch is the defensive Forward
I think Jaensch stays forward and he'd be there to kick goals and lay tackles. You just can't carry a forward to be defensive and do nothing else when your forward line is already weakened.

Obviously Petrenko's game last week was worse than Porplyzia's which is why the Porpoise is coming in?

Why is McKernan in and Johnston isn't? Seriously, what does he have to do to get a game. This was the perfect opportunity for him with Walker out yet they still don't pick him. Baffled.

 not sure why the confusion then .....only one conclusion; he's not rated highly enough by the selection committee

saw some training vision the other day ....and LJ was in the sequence ....talk about casual ..looked like he was there simply to smell the grass

McKernan offers more. LJ is a one trick pony.
Jenkins now stays up forward. He gives Jacobs more of a rest too
Jenkins has to play CHF ....and McKernan at FF

McKernan doesn't have fitness or ability to turn around quickly .....he's a straight ahead running guy ....FF only resting with Jacobs

I recon the only reason LJ has been left out is because Smack can assist in the ruck, and with the hawks are playing Hale, Bailey and Roughead we need to opt for height. LJ may well get his opportunity in the next few weeks or so but it will probably be at the expense of Lynch who in my opinion is doing a very good job as a lead up forward. Also Lynch has a really good engine and has been likened to the endurance of Nick Riewoldt so he could play further up the ground on a wing or at half back. It all depends on injuries last year we had none, it looks like this year we won't be so lucky

Props might have been training the house down but needs a big one this week to repay Sando's faith. Would play him out of the goal square as a leading forward. Hope Matty j plays forward
