Kersten kicks roughly as many goals as McGovern. He is ok. No world beater but no team is full of them (GWS aside).

The problem is that he applies no forward pressure and doesn't compete in the air. On top of not getting enough of the ball.

He's actually a good kick for goal, that's why he gets 1 or 2 a game from his 1 or 2 chances.

So instead of Sutcliffe we have

Sheridan
Pearce
Ibbotson
Duman (rookie)
Collins
Dawson
Strnadica (rookie)
Griffin

that are available. As a running ayer which we need who would you play insread?

Honor Dawson in a final game then burn my eyes watching a player who will get delisted.

Actually taking your chances is underrated. He's not perfect but he has only played 50odd games. I am willing to give him a while longer to improve.

Do you guys reckon you can get up against the tigers this week?

There have been lots of upsets this year, but I'd put a win for us right up there as the biggest one if we do it. Not only are we missing 3-4 of our top 5 players, before you even factor that in, we're still pushing out a lot of very inexperienced players, some of whom don't even have a proper pre-season under their belts and we're in round 22. We've also put a player in who is probably not going to play more than 50-60% game time, that's half a rotation missing right there - now he might be good, but he's not played for 2 years, so there's that too.

As long as Richmond don't miss their bus, they'll win.

EDIT: Having said all that, if there is one team that could mess this all up, it's Richmond.

After last week... chances are we will s t ruggle
I'm kinda thinking the opposite. Last week's loss would've stung the boys and some are now playing for their careers. Chuck in a bit of an X factor like Bennell and a bit of over confidence on the Richmond side and the stage *might* be set for an upset.
