Axed for getting drunk?
I suppose the only "melt mitigators" is that they weren't dropped due to form and also the fact they're being replaced by other young guys.LET THE MELTING BEGIN!
(fantastic to see Deluca back)

Players can't get on it during a 6 day break.
I mean I get that there'd be a total alcohol ban, but would be interested in the circumstances. I can't imagine any youngster starting out to purposely go against club rules in an act of defiance. Hope it's more just 2 young dumb blokes sinking a few.
Melt thread is thaddaway!!Hopefully Taberner can work on the things required by the club and have an 8 disposal 1 goal game to then get included. God forbid he have another high possession straight goal kicking bag and not do the things he needs to do.
Hopefully Kersten continues to grow with another solid 6 touch game and Ballantyne 'pops' with a 10 disposal 2 goal game.
Suban? Are we simply trying to get him some value?? If his performance in the derby didn't require instant dropping I'm clearly watching a different game.
Taberner at least seems pretty keen to stay on, judging by his latest interview.Obviously the rules for selection are much different for some than for others. Collins and Taberner couldn't be playing better and can't get a game even when other talls are dropped for disciplinary reasons.
If I was either of them I'd walk out at the end of the season. Ross Lyon is just taking the piss.
Strange selections, but I think they decided when they dropped Taberner the first time that they're not going to play Taberner, Kersten, and McCarthy all in the same team.
