In: Langdon, Taberner, McCarthy.

Hughes Hamling Nyhuis
Crozier Johnson Ryan

Kersten Cox McCarthy
Darcy Fyfe Blakely

Mundy Tucker Langdon Logue.

Out Kersten , suban,spurr,mj/hamling
In tab , deluca , Collins , cam Mac

MJ or hamling need to be manage, one of them will end up like Sandi if continue to play . Freo not going to play final don't see the reason to push a 34 year old MJ body to the limit , even he plan to play for another year.

Too tall in the forward line, big lack of defensive pressure.

Hmmm...this week is tough because if you drop the poor kickers then we will have to turf half our good players. The forwards are copping it here and I am not sure it is entirely their fault. Service was awful. I know their leading etc wasn't great but they are young and need to learn.

What I think will happen is:

Out: ????? Probably Cox (not what I want), Nyhuis (as a forward)

In: Tabs, McCarthy

Not sure how anyone thinks Langdon is coming in this week given he missed Peel.

Despite being a supporter, Spurr is starting to look really slow. Suban seems to be back to being Suban. If he just rolled on that tackle we might have won that game (it was a free everyday). Doubt he gets dropped though.

Ins: Taberner, Deluca, McCarthy

Out: Ballantyne, Suban, Kersten

B: Ryan - Hamling - Logue
HB: Blakely - Johnson - Weller
C: S.Hill - Neale - B.Hill
HF: Deluca - Cox - Tucker
F: McCarthy - Taberner - Walters
Fol: Darcy - Fyfe - Mundy
Int: Spurr - Crozier - Nyhuis - Hughes

If we are looking to win Taberner needs to come in. Even if he is horrible, we need someone to get the ball to the ground whenever it is bombed long into our forwardline.

McCarthy is back from suspension. Hopefully he has had some time to reset and find some form. Should probably do better if he plays as a 3rd tall forward behind Cox and Tabs.

Deluca was looking good before being injured, so I would like to see him given another game. Would have to try really hard to have less impact to what Ballantyne has had over the last 2 weeks.

I would also be ok with keeping Suban in and resting S.Hill. All depending on wether that shoulder can hold up. It didn't look to serious (was able to play on) but I've lost all my faith in the freo medical staff.

Out: Kersten, Crozier, Ballas
In Taberner, McCarthy, De Luca/Langdon(if fit)

WE need Sonny back in F50

Forward set up: Sonny, Taberner, McCarthy
De Luca/Langdon, Cox, Weller

Out: Ballas, Suban (They're not the future and neither are offering much)
In: Tabs, Deluca

Spurr - Hamling - Ryan
Weller - Johnson - Blakely
B Hill - Neale - S Hill
Walters - Cox - Crozier
Kersten - Tabs - Deluca

Darcy - Fyfe - Mundy

Tucker - Hughes - Logue - Nyhuis

I would probably drop Kersten but doesn't sound like it's going to happen. Bringing in Tabs lets Kersten play behind Tabs/Cox as the third tall so he will have a chance to play on a defender his size (no more excuses for this bloke, played 2 good games this season and seems to have a golden ticket).

I think we have too many defenders playing:
Spurr - Hamling - Ryan
Weller - Johnson - Blakely
+ Logue - Hughes - Nyhuis

I'd be dropping Spurr out of all them. Again he's no the future and still hasn't come to grips with lowering his eyes. Just loves the long bomb down the line.

McCarthy's form was just as bad as Kersten's before the suspension. Think he would do well to kick a few snags at WAFL level to get some confidence back. I wouldn't bring him back in just yet.

We ain't dropping Logue. He got stretched a couple of times today but also did some good things. This is a rebuilding year after all.

Tabern(ator) is a natural in you'd think. The natural out is Kersten, but then McCarthy is also in the mix. As mediocre as he was, it'd be risky to drop Ballantyne given teams can walk it our of our forward line easily enough as is.

Hopefully Nyhuis doesn't get the chop.
