He’s not even capable of a Joe the goose. Recruiting him as a lite version of his brother has been embarrassing. 12 possession 2 goal games in the SANFL should never equate to expecting him to be a key forward
He actually never had a decent game in the SANFL this year before being selected. It was a disgrace.

Jesus calm down, a young key forward/ruck burning out after half a dozen games is nothing unusual.

He has shown very good signs for future but he is absolutely knackered now.

Currently looks a very good value draft pick.
He's another late pick battler. We have no shortage of them, and we have a lot of first round picks in the SANFL.

2 mchenry’s? and if we rebuilding then probably dont want betts in there
Whoops that was meant to be Stengle.

Planning for our next premiership doesn't mean banishing all our older players as you still need experienced players like Betts around to balance the side.

Out: Tex, Himmelburg, Murphy, Knight, Atkins,
In: Fogarty, Jenkins, McHenry, Stengle, Crouch

Brown Talia Keath
Laird Hartigan Kelly
Smith Sloane Seedsman
ROB Crouch Crouch
McHenry Jenkins Milera
Betts Fogarty Stengle
Greenwood CEY Jones Galluci
That would be a good start, but Hartigan & Kelly need to be phased out too.

Can’t wait to see Harlem Globetrotting 2018 Dees back next week.
Was thinking the same!

They've had a dire season but their skills will be mesmerising next week

For one week only

It'll be a telling game on where we're going

Either they'll rush Jacobs, Douglas and JJ back and that means they're thinking short term.

Or they could give ROB a continued run, with guys like Fogarty, Stengle, McHenry and Davis.

My guys tell me they go with option one.

I get that Himmelberg was bad and desperately needs a rest but isn't there any option other than Jenkins? We finally made the hard call on him. He's not the future and bringing him back feels like a step backwards. I'd hate for him to come back in and then become an automatic inclusion for the rest of the year. We have enough trouble dropping dud senior players without bringing back ones we've already dropped.

Andy Otten, Paul Hunter, Kieran Strachan. Jordon Butts has the height, but not the body.

Three are rookies. Club wanted Lukosius, didn't get him, cupboard is bare.

Don. I know you would never read this but in case you do I will endeavour to help you.
Best team:
Laird Talia Brown
Smith Keath Milera
Seedsman Sloane Gibbs
Lynch Jenkins Mchenry
Stengle Greenwood McAdam

ROB MCrouch BCrouch

Gallucci/Murphy Jones Fogarty Atkins/Mackay

In: Fogarty Mchenry Stengle MCrouch Mcadam Jenkins Gibbs
Out: Walker Himmelberg Betts Gallucci/Murphy Kelly Hartigan Knight

Inj: Doedee. Best 22 definitely. Will play as an interceptor 2020.

Not best 22.
Walker Betts Murphy Kelly Hartigan Knight Mackay Atkins CEY Jacob's Douglas

Anyone that thinks this forward line won't function better is wrong.

Last change:
Out : Ben Hart. For good.

What do we need end of year urgently. A mid with class and speed. Pick 1 or 2.
A key back. Pick 19 or trade pick 19 for one.
A ruckman. Trade out some players and use currency on a ruck.
A luxury. Trade in a Centre Half forward. Use future first round pick 2020.

The turnaround for 2020 could come very quickly.

These won't be the changes but...

Out: Tex, Himmelberg, Atkins, Knight
In: Fog, JJ, McHenry, Crouch

By playing Himmelberg, we're effectively playing a man down. Tex is infuriating. Knight is not AFL standard and the Rat needs to go, should've been dropped last week after being anonymous for the first three quarters (literally so in the first). He added nothing and must be given the flick.

Wont that weaken the SANFL side.

It might be they told himmelberg they will give him a block of games without fear of being dropped so he can show what he can do without fear. If they rest him he needs to be totally rested and not play SANFL and then get him back in. I would be telling tex he is going to have a few SANFL games to find some footy consistently and bring fogarty in. I would be bringing in ned mchenry for knight and would be really trying to get stengle into the team with betts to boost our goalscoring options inside forward 50.

We are 5-5 and are not going to give the flag a shake this year the way we are playing..invest in the kids in the second half of the year to get ready for 2020.

The other thing we are screaming out for and i have now changed my mind on this is we need an elite mid and should we get pick 1 or 2 we have to take the best available mid who should be a plug and play for round 1 next year. We have some real talent on our list..lets play them now and build for 2020
