Kingy says he will be suprised if we win 7 games and tips us to finish 16th? No one sees us making the 8 or doing anything of significance. Also Kingy's player relative ratings get a workout. Farcical analysis. Anyways, just saved you all $5 (I just read my old man's so I didn't part with any coin either).

My thoughts precisely. I have no issue with low predictions, but get the facts straight. The "player relative ratings" are nonsense. Either some arbitrary figure plucked out of Kingy's arse or some overly complex formula that has no basis on actually playing football. That they allowed Robbo's analysis of Ahern to go to print shows how lazy both Robbo and the Hun are. Kingy reckons Freo, Carlton and us are all "likely" to finish below the Lions and then he puts them second last. Robbo reckons we'll be "perhaps" bottom 5 and then has us entrench in the bottom 5 at 17th...with 8 or 9 wins! The worst part is that the magazine is too glossy to be used as toilets paper.

You know those nights where you started drinking with your mates in the early afternoon, at about 8pm drop a line to a connection to get something to straighten you up and keep you going, then find yourself leaving Yah Yahs at 3am looking for one more drink and perhaps a kebab before falling alseep in the front yard and being woken up by the dog/kids nuzzling/poking you in the face?

Robbo = Win 8 or 9 games but finish 17th? You should use a calculator and past results for teams finishing 17th Robbo. Bris and Ess won 3 games for 2016 for one example.

Finishing last is a disaster year (or is it ok in Robbo's books?) and finishing 2nd last is a reasonable year with 8 or 9 wins.

Agreed. The low expectations, while frustrating in some ways, are a blessing in disguise. We'll 'pleasantly surprise' neutral onlookers by exceeding them, and, on the other hand, won't be mocked for disappointing others if we finish as low as they expect (and cop some high picks). Personally I am expecting around 9 wins and about 12th.

Kingy's relative player ratings have LT at -4% in the red and then he goes on to say he is the second highest goal scoring small forward since 2012 behind Betts, 15th overall in the league. Wouldn't +4% be more accurate? Who knows with this convoluted bull s**t.

Can anyone with that mag list what teams they have finishing what? Just for curiosity I'd love to see who Kingy and Robbo have above us (ok well thats nearly everybody but as to where they have certain teams). If you could do so kindly it would be appreciative.
