finished 30-40 mins to get to 99% then another 30 odd to finish but anywho it's there, let me know how bulletstorm goes.

Well i played around 5-6 games and im bored.
The controls are a little clunky/heavy (reminds me of KZ2 a lot)

Its also hard to know if you are actually hitting them with your bullets.

The graphis aren't to bad, definately not the next best thing in consoles like they have said.
No real framerate issues.

The gameplay is just not that fun imo, i'll give it another go but i just didn't feel the love (and i topped the leaderboard twice and finished second twice)

There are killstreaks, not that i even noticed it untill i died.

After giving the demo/beta a run i cant see myself buying it, and with KZ3 then Homefront released not long before it i reckon it might hit struggle street.

Overall its very much a bit MEH

there's definitely something 'off' about the controls. The movement is more sluggish than I anticipated, as sacka said, it's very much like Killzone

Not sure about this game yet. It would probably have to have a signifigant single player portion for me to buy it at launch

Edit: Ended up going 17-10, and sacka, what are the killstreaks you speak of?

Edit 2: I am really enjoying this, played three matches, had host, and went positive every game (Team Instant Action). To me it feels like a faster paced Battlefield, for lack of a better description (as I haven't played Killzone like you other guys).

The demo will. That's what this one is, a demo, not a beta. Crytek won't be going back and fixing things from the feedback of this MP demo, just fwiw.

The game is releasing in March, so you can be assured the PS3 will get a demo either late Feb or early March just before release.

The recently-released Crysis 2 multiplayer beta has copped a lot of flack for reported technical issues (to which we can only reply: beta), but Crytek are on the case and promising fixes soon.

In a post on the Crysis tech issues forum, a Crytek representative promised a rapid resolution to complaints of freezing, connection issues and iffy hit detection.

BETA lol, its a flippin demo imo and they are trying to cover there ass by saying it's a beta.
They can fix all they want with what they have but they cant fix the fact that it's just not that fun to play.

I'm done with this, completely ****ing terrible, poor work here by Crytek. What's the point in releasing a multiplayer demo worldwide when the only people who seem to have no problems with lag are Americans? Not only this, the hit detection for bullets and melee is way off, and the killcams go on to show you a guy killing you when he wasn't even aiming at you! This reminds me of when I played the Medal of Honor Beta, except that was a beta, and this is a DEMO!

Unless the online is fixed in the final version so that I am able to connect to other Aussies, I won't be getting this game.

You would be dead. One of his last videos was funny where he said something like "all my friends say I'm gonna have a heart attack while doing these vids, BUT I DON'T CARE!!!!!!!"

The map looks so small, I guess it goes with the 6 vs 6 gameplay, but the layout of the map looks average at best as well.

I'm still interested in the SP side of things, especially if New York is as well recreated as they are touting. But the MP looks meh.

urgh. That was so frustrating to watch. They were playing it too much like COD. If you hold the jump button you can traverse the map quite quickly and the game becomes a lot more enjoyable

Having played it a little more I think this game is not too bad, but if they don't fix the lag it won't last long

i'm basically certain it will be for me.

killzone2 could've been right alongside cod4 as the best MP fps i've played if the bloody controls didn't feel so shithouse....the maps and just general layout and gametypes were unbelievably good!
KZ3 from all reports have toned the weight down substantially so it could be right up there!...here's hoping

also i'm just praying that these dedicated servers don't leave me 1/3rd -1/2 of a second behind on every gunfight (not counting on it too much but should be slightly better).

also to sacka...about where do you rate the crysis2 graphics?..compare it to a current ps3 game
