Did Sydney cheat?

it certainly looked very dodgy. Player was injured, yes, but they didn't even give him a chance to get up as per normal. The immediate call for a stretcher was no doubt a tactic from coaching staff to hold play up with Sydney being only three points in front and the ball in Brisbanes forward line, allowing Sydney to flood their players back once play was held up. It's just like team runners getting themselves in certain positions during set plays.

If the ball was in the hands of one of the Brisbane players when the stretcher was called, it would have been a free to Brisbane in our defensive 50. That is a pretty big risk to pretend a stretcher was needed.

(Please see my previous post in the thread for the official rules.)

He was down for like 30 seconds and than stretcher was called- it happens. Brisbane weren't the better team on the day, the ball was going to go out/be balled up. Game wasn't influenced at all except maybe swans had 5 more seconds to get players back. Non event.

Pretty embarrassing press conference by leppa tho

Didn't the mods post a while ago that they were coming down hard on the main board cos it wax turning to shxt?

Since when do "protected species" receive trade bans for doing nothing wrong? The AFL knew that Patful wanted to go to the Swans instead of GWS and that Frawley might have been interested in us as opposed to Hawthorn. Doesn't sound like a "protected species" to me.
Don't bring in facts to BF , just accept Sydney are Cheaters.

mate , they are called Claytons penalties. if you think the Swans dont get preferential treatment , you are sadly deluded.
Clayton penalties, so the Penalties don't really exist and Sydney could trade in for that KPD??..damn if only the club knew that.

Free stretcher to Sydney...

Um, it wasn't immediate. The ball had gone through a number of contests, to the opposite side of the ground, which is why Brisbane fans are upset in the first place.

I like to think I'm generally a calm, lucid and fairminded poster...but I don't think I've read a bigger load of bullshit than some of the posts on this thread. Fair dinkum. Nothing but trolling.

Yes, we cheated and it worked. Hahahahahahaha. Genius move. Other teams should take notes instead of crying about an intelligent tactic. Bloods culture is doing whatever it takes to get over the line.

Please don't associate Bloods culture and anything to do with the "Whatever It Takes" slogan
