Its interesting I was just thinking today how Voss the coach is quite different to Voss the player
Would love him to instill his ethos as a player into our guys but instead he tries to get fancy and tactical which isn't his thing.

I've said it before but he needs a good group of tactical guys around him and play off them and just be the inspirational leader. Unfortunately whether it be the club's inability to do that or Voss' ego not allowing it, it may cost him the job.

Haynes, Silvagni, Docherty (nowadays), Cottrell, Cowan, Fogarty, Boyd, Young, Acres, Evans all look pretty bad right now. McGovern isn't great. They all played on Friday.

Haynes, Docherty 2025 and Evans the only ones that shouldn't be near a team right now.

Silvagni has been pretty good this year too so imo shouldn't be on the list.

Clearly haven't watched him at all. Boyd is a very good player when fit and firing. One of the best kicks in the AFL, highly underrated.
