Wouldn't know much of the EDFL history in the 40's and 50's as the Mores didn't exist.

DND ME said:east keilor should win... ive watched them play the last 2 weeks and ive also watched KP a couple of weeks prior to the break. and i would have to say East Keilor have Raw home grown talent, in players such as Lee Gilbert(c), Alex Isolivic, Tristan Kassis. All these players are hungry for it and can produce anything if they all put it together on the same day.
Barts said:Avondale Heights would have a very high ratio, prehaps not as much as Keilor's in the ones, but overall it would be in the top 2 or 3. Id say maybe 10 to 12 players would have played juniors there.
would it be Stuart Hoysted ???Doona2 said:Who would be the CHF from Glenroy comtemplating a move to Mt. Pleasant in the Heathcote DFL prior to clearances closing? Word has it he trained up there tonight
if its true, then hoystead has been to about 5 clubs in 7 yearsjets06 said:would it be Stuart Hoysted ???
billy schwibbet said:Not a chance, 10 or 12 played juniors. i don't know there list 2 well but i'm sure
Ray Harrison
Ben Power
Cameron Trewin
Chris Meacham
Ashley Koenig
Kon Karavias
Adrian Gervasi
Aren't junior players could be a fair few more
How slow does this site go without EDFL ManBarts said:He played juniors there but only for 18s and a year of 16s i think. You could argue the same case at keilor with Cooper if thats the case.

blue_bhoy said:That is why the strathmores and greenvales and even douttas will have there ups and downs, but keilor will always go strong every season because they actually give the talented youngsters who've been with the club most of there life a go and in turn most usually stay on for at least a few years at least or if not, come back after stints in the VFL or ammo's etc.

Doona2 said:Adam Dalton Ive been told it is - John Taylor was also appoached but has too much on at work he told me, although $500 is attractive I reckon. Many VCFL clubs are keen to grab Tails, I for one would call him I was looking to top off a ready to go list
drplds said:Sounds like your JT's player manager there doona

Doona2 said:Dalton named in Mounts side 2morrow - Peter Krueger who plays at Maribyrnong Park was contacted by Mick Carbone from Mounts who urgently wanted a Big Forward to heighten their chances of back to back flags - huge $$$ too apparently
bricksta said:yes i agree with your comments but i can tell you know that Douttas Junior program has improved over the last 4 years and they will see the fruits of this in the coming 2 to 3 years.
Currently juniors who are playing 1s or have played this year
Ryan Moore
Anthony Nicolo
Ben Weston
Jeremy Laidler
Sam Tankard
Paul Clemente
Steve Canatelli
Paul Docherty
Take out Paul and Sam and the rest are under 21
And 4 kids from the reserves and U18s are on the verge of playing.
The trick with the imports are how long they hang around..
I wonder how many will be there at strathmore when the cash runs out at the end of the year..![]()

The great man has hung up the boots on this forum 4 the time being too much garbage going on in here so has called it quits for now bit of a pity as the bloke is about the one out of a select few that makes sense on here and knows what hes talking about ah wellAussie_dude said:does anyone know where edfl man is, maybe he has to do some work for once.
