Boards got a big decision to make, if they gonna back Ange and they should they gotta some off some of the crap. I think Bissouma, Kulu Hojberg and Emerson Royal all aren't up to this type of play.
Haven't seen anything from the club yet, but they need to do it before the Luton game so the fans can actually give him a sendoff.

Ange ball always= conceding. Since day dot of his management he's never been able to display that he can get teams to play a whole game.

The way they "defend" is laughable. There was a moment where the ball went out to Salah but Gakpo was free inbetween VDV and Romero... amateur.

Celtic under Ange kept 16 clean sheets last season. 20 the season before. To put that into perspective City only have 11 clean sheets this season. I don't think anyone is talking about Pep ball = conceding.
The wheels have fallen off in recent games. A few weeks ago Spurs were 4th with a game in hand. They'll probably still finish 5th which is an improvement on last season. And they've been much more entertaining to watch. The squad needs improving to be able to play what Ange is asking.

He managed those impressive stats with a squad that is the equivalent of coaching a bunch of 16 year olds in a local under 9s comp

Spurs over achieved at the start, underachieved recently. Squads still full of s**t and they lost their only world class player. None of spurs front 6 today would even make Liverpools team.

Celtic are that far above the rest of the SPFL other than Rangers that judging defence in that league is not wise. For comparison Celtic are 7 goals less with 3 games to play this year.

18-20 clean sheets at Celtic is hardly ground breaking
Rangers on track for it this season. In fact one of the two of them very rarely don't get 18+ clean sheets a season

No one ever said it was ground breaking. But if you really wanna hyper focus on the one point and ignore the rest that goes against your narrative then it shows his ultra attacking style still had them as defensively sound as the rest of the coaches who don't play the same way.
But sure, let's jump off an meltdown over a s**t patch of the season, no other good coach has ever had that before!

You love him, we get it pal.
But all a few of us have said is it's easy to be all in on one extreme in the SPL with Celtic. Its 16 year olds against 8 year olds most weeks, and toddlers the others! Not even city's squad could be coached to these extremes and get the right results in the PL. The leagues too competitive.
Nobody has claimed we are a great squad. It's just that Ange won't get more than 2 seasons of conceding 60+ goals in the premier league. It's not expected that he'd solve anything overnight. But what he has to solve for next season is crystal clear, concede less than 60 goals and hit 66+ points. One won't come without the other

So then I don't understand your sook fest you're having. Anges first season is never his best with his squad, in fact it hasn't been with any good managed in the premier league recently except for Conte at Chelsea. Everyone else's has taken years to build
Klopps first few Liverpool teams were crap, same with Arteta.
Yeah he's conceded some goals, no s**t. Yeah he needs to improve, no s**t
Everyone needs to improve every season.
Anyone who'd seen him coach before knew before the season started they'd score alot, concede alot and be a Europa League team. If that's surprising to you that's on you for not understanding.

For me it's his utter reluctance to even consider fixing the problems. It's as if he thinks the attacking play will make the defence work. Klopp was deficient but he made it work eventually. Good players do help but according to most he has two really good CBs who are conceding for fun

I don't disagree with a lot of what you have said. But your refusal to accept that he had it easy to implement an extreme tactical setup in Scotland is crazy. Celtic and Rangers are in a league where they are City and their biggest threats are like Plymouth and Wycombe Wanderers. It worked fantastically for him. But it was easy to do because of how much stronger they are. That can't work in the PL

I'm not in the full Ange won't work camp, but by now he should have tweaked a few things. I get and respect the "let's see who can play our way" mantra. But surely it doesn't take 35 games to realise Hojberg can't handle being pressed, Emerson can't play as an inverted RB or LB, Son isn't a 9, and someone helping the weak GK at corners might be a good idea!
