If these guys can see it why can't our coaches and leaders?
We are at that point now...Because the leadership have a blind belief that the right people are in the right roles and that despite all the noise they just need to stay the course.
You have to question at what point that becomes pig headed stubbornness in the face of all the evidence.
And hands them out to everyone who comes off for a rest!In a galaxy far far away in the future . I would love to be 10 goals up on them . Cam gets subbed off , takes out the baby Weber on the bench and starts bbqueing sausages .
Thursday night haters changing their tune pretty quickly after that performance lolOn a positive note, imagine if that was our 100th Game Celebration as originally planned?
Nope. Was the same rubbish. Its been the same rubbish served up all year.Thursday night haters changing their tune pretty quickly after that performance lol

If they have packed it in, I hope that they have all decided to work doublely hard on strength and fitness, speed and agility - as if they are doing a preseason build up.The club and team have packed it in for the year so I'll be doing the same. Not watching, not attending and reconsidering my membership unless the appropriate changes start happening beginning with the leadership and talent/ list management.
Actually, I think they are fantastic at their job. They have allowed every player to believe that being perpetual losers is OK.Whoever this sports counsellor or whatever the title is, glorified low-rent psychologist; they are garbage at their job.

Seems more than that to me, it appears that they don't know how to set up or what is the setup strategy , how to work together, how to cover for each other, when to pull the trigger and when to stay back and cover, lack of accountability. This is all well and good.
But these two blokes are on 1.3 between them. Clearly the system is flawed, but it gives such a out for the actual players.
Anyone else notice the lost of Luke McDonald has been overlooked by many? He injured his shoulder against the Hawks after a season best performance against the Blues the week before. Since then defensively the team has collapsed. It seems like Luke was the glue holding the back six together and without him, its fallen apart, with scores against us of 150, 134, 119, 84 and 150. Only the Swans failed to score 100 points or more against us. Suggests to me we need at least two experienced backman into this side to right the ship.
No they're not, but it's because we've no balls as a club. We keep employing continual failures, recruiting players that really aren't helping the cause. We're screwed until the hard edge is back. We haven't had it since Pagan and to a lesser extent Laidley. The optics of smiles, butt-pats, shoulder rubs and infantile press conference excuses after horrific and appalling showings on the field.
Maybe not purposely, but gee wiz, they’re not reading the room very well.
His skill with the ball is always going to be a problem but the endeavor has never been in question.Credit to him, he's had a good season and his absence as that general in the backline has been very evident on-field, as you've pointed out. I was a hater but I've come around to him post-captaincy.
