I'll take a win. We beat the highest scoring team in the comp and held them to 67 points.

Still heaps of improvement to go and we should only get better from here as we get back players.

What is with Johnson's decision making? He'll do something good to win the ball and then just pick the worst option. Or butcher it.

But a good win against a good opponent, shame we couldn't beat the demons, we'd be set up nicely. Need to bring the intensity and pressure of the first half every week

Good to see the boys get the win, you'd be silly to say the lids are off, but a win is a win, that's all that matters. The last quarter was frustrating, but as long as we get the four points that's all that matters.

Plenty to like from the team, nice to see some cohesion up forward, Narkle with a bit of sparkle with the few disposals he's had.

Brayshaw is a phenomenal player, Treacy, Amiss and McDonald all looked good up forward.

Worner has seriously come into his own, I thought all of the doom and gloom surrounding him was silly considering he's played just over 10 games, people here tend to be very over reactionary sometimes though.

Johnson is an almost player, gets a lot of the ball, but his disposal leaves a lot to be desired, can't drop a guy who got as much of the ball as he did though.

St Kilda won't be easy, need to be able to stamp our dominance for longer next week.

Good thing we had that new draftee Free Kicks For playing for us in the first half, he was awesome.

Really do like our shape better with no Banfield and JOM though. Lots to like about Young coming back, and OMac was great. Brayshaw's best game in a while and Serong worked into it too.

Love watching Brayshaw put the team on his back and carry us to a win. Very reminiscent of Pav and peak Fyfe. Serong is my favourite player but I think Brayshaw is the closest we have to a "spiritual" leader. Anyway, solid game but all the usual questions linger. We're pretty good at dispatching mid-tier teams at home, Crows have still never beaten us at Optus.

you can drop a guy who gives it to the opposition with almost 50 percent of his disposals though. That means the more he gets it, the more he hurts your side.

Great game from Andy, exceptional performance.

Listening to Treacy being interviewed after game and when asked why the pressure dropped of last quarter..he said that dreaded word again ..we got 'comfortable' lol

This game they were going to bring the pressure early, but issue is when they have to manufacture the intensity against a perceived lesser oppo or occasion, we may find that lapse again

Very good win, reminded me a bit of the same game last year, we completely took their game away from them and made them play on our terms.
The added bonus this year is we have Shai to inject some class.

We are such a confusing team. The most frustrating thing is knowing this team is capable of some really good footy but we need to close the gap between our best and our worst. Even tonight alone we were up down up down up and down again. Our 1st quarter was immense but our 4th quarter… sheesh.
