Well guys, the options were clear. Next weekend we were either going to some stinking hot ground with sh*te facilities in a dump of a city best described as 'God's ars*hole', or we were going to Darwin.
Can't be too disappointed though about the game though. The main reason we lost was poor disposal, and that can be fixed up. A few brain farts by specific players were a bit of a worry (eg. Parker playing on when surrounded, Schammer trying to take on Judd), and the fact that of 7 umpires on the ground, not one could see the monster gap between Medhurst and the 50m line when he dobbed the goal was par for the course (FFS, I saw it and I was up the other end of the ground near the boundary fence), but the fact that we didn't let the game blow out in the final quarter when it could very easily have, and we gave ourselves a huge shot at winning the game was pretty encouraging. What to do with Sandilands remains a problem. He aint a full forward's bootlace.

Usually when people try have a crack it at least has at least 1% truth to it... but this is about as stupid as it gets.
