Which sides has Lyons coached to premierships - is that in the VFL?
I'm concerned with your constant negativity. You were in it or did you give up after round 6?
How’s chook these days? I guess I predicted that incorrectly too? Let it go godfather!
I tipped the cats for the cup after about round 16-17. That’s positive. Most didn’t ! When we lose I don’t say it’s expected I say we flopped because I believe we could get it done. It’s not negative. As for our list does anyone seriously think we will get 12 top 4 finishes in the next 15? The reset is coming . We will go down the ladder. It’s the reality of the competition. Success is cyclical.I'm concerned with your constant negativity.

It’s not negative it’s very realistic. If others live in fantasy land then good for them.

You've gotta be f*cking kidding me...
This piece of sh*t shouldn't be anywhere near our club - let alone the detrimental influence he'd have on our gamestyle to make it even more defensive than it already is.
F*cks sake.

Bring in Ross the boss! I like it! Hard edge and very opinionated. I like it. Kelly and Betts have training wheels on. Get in the boss!
No what?No! Just no!
Pies have more than enough points, if I had to guess I would say they would be looking for futures with pick 27. A next years R2 or something like pick 34 and a future 3rd, which I would consider (but your only looking at a slight pick upgrade in such an unknown point of the draft not sure it makes a lot of sense. Do we need another pick in the 27 - 32 range? Pick 23 seems like a better target for mine. Someone like Ess would probably try and trade into the draft at 27 for a future 2nd and maybe a later 2021 selection.Roughly..id be trying for example say 27 and 55 for 32 and 34 as 55 will end up mid to late 40s after bids anyway..you could do a similar type of deal for 23 if we wanted that.
For me I would rather hold pick 50 (to be 45ish on draft night) if we want to make 5 selections and trade 32 and FR3 for 23. Dogs would be a couple of hundred points short if bid come at pick 2 but ok if bid at pick 3.I'd rather Dogs pick 23 for 32 & 50 just to get in front of picks by the Tigers x2 Crows Eagles Blues Hawks (5 teams/6 picks)
Looks like Mitch has lost 12 cms...lol. Pretty sure he is around the 193cm mark.
Agree. He's a great coach and yes, he had a defensive plan for St Kilda and Freo, but he is also considered to be a master-coach and no doubt has been analysing what is currently the trend and considering how it could be beaten. I'd be very happy if he was part of the coaching team.Lyon would be a great get.
Dogs are contenting Pies aren’t I would be doing the same thing…With the rivalry that exists between GWS and the Bulldogs, I fully expect the Giants to bid on Darcy at 2 before Daicos.

He's available as a DFA but I think our preference would be to rookie him so that we have more options with our senior list. There are a few mature KPD options, so I don't think it will be all that competitive to sign these guys.
Isn’t Simon Lloyd already in that role?
Pretty sure players can only spend two years on the rookie list, to a maximum of three if they meet certain requirements, and have to be delisted and re-rookied if the club doesn't want to elevate them.
There's likely too much interest in him to get him as a rookie. Somebody would almost certainly pick him up in the main draft. We can leave Atkins and Close as rookies so I don't think there's a problem bringing him in on the main list.

where is this coming from?? is there actual serious discussion that we are keen to bring him on board?
