Big coaching fail this week, terrible selections and brought a negative, s**t, defensive gameplan to the fastest deck in the AFL.

But I'm sure Nicks will blame the players (that he selects)

But, first step is to get rid of guys who are not AFL quality - that’s Hately and ROB. Jones and McHenry knocking on that door too.

A few good signs from RT, Parnell and Solglio.

Apart from that it was a standard Nicks shitsandwhich of a game.

A proper coach would make 6 or 7 changes to that side.

Berry tried his guts out and looks a 200 gamer for us. Thilthorpe was more involved today than he has been all year. Still made some rookie errors but him clunking contested marks in our forward line bodes well

Parnell tried to take the game on. Shoukd be playing off a wing imo.

Thats about it for the good. The rest sucked and the umpires are just filthy hawthorn loving cheats after that 1st half

Smith killed momentum but my God ROB should not be in the side. Slow, not marking, poor tap work. Play Frampton or Strachan with Thilthorpe

I liked Thilthorpe's game but choosing not to take shots when you're in the team to do just that is infuriating. I blame coaching.

Horrible selections, horrible effort, horrible skills, horrible leadership, horrible coaching.

As low a point as I can remember. Worse than 2020 … at least we had blind hope back then. Now it’s just hopeless.

24 more months of this? Give me strength.

Yep, we’ve lost to all the teams around us in the same or a similar rebuilding phase. Hawthorn, GWS, Essendon. Nicks can spin it all he wants, we’ve gone backwards this year and his head is on the block.

At least Crouch is safe for a few games to develop on the wing.

Walker rightly cracked the shits with Berry for not atleast putting the ball to his advantage.

When was the last time a kick from Laird, Keays, Smith or Berry went to the advantage side of one of our forwards?

I’m not talking about scenarios with Smith’s lace out to a free forward, I’m talking about where our mids needed to kick the ball to a contest - when was the last time they kicked it to the advantage side of our forward in that contest?

We are the dumbest, worst skilled and weakest tackling team in the AFL. We need to ask for a PP now. Take away the 4 wins against North in the last 2 years and it shows that we need it

A groups of players with no confidence, no idea of what they are meant to do.

Picking Crouch and McHenry was a bad sign that delivered what we expected.

Tilthorpe was good in the ruck and Is going to be very good. But FMD we really are suffering from many years of poor drafts and with any good players we get leaving.
