Yea, true. That was pretty pathetic. Still, doesn't change the fact that Heskey was acting like he'd been concussed.

I don't want to turn this into a "soccer players are soft" thing, because I like soccer as much as the next guy, but (and I know this has been said in a million diifferent ways many times before) there's a fair few players who lose their feet easier than Jack Watts at the slightest touch. One thing I like about both the US and Australian players is that for the most part they try to fight through the contact, try to keep their feet and keep moving, rather than just instantly going to ground once an oppostion player touches them.

EDIT: And then Clint Dempsey goes down like he's been shot from a mid-air tap on the leg, killing the second half of my argument

TBH I know I should feel sorry for Green but I dont. The guy has the audacity to ask for a double his money payrise despite making 4 if not 5 similar goalkeeping mistakes this season. The guy well and truly needs to pull his head out of his ass . Would of put on 10kg over the past year and a half too. Lazy fat twat gets what he deserves. England pick 2 of West Hams worst performed players for season 2009/10 and yet leave the best player ive seen a player have for us since Tevez in Scott Parker back in London

Fabio had plenty of warning this year. Green made 4 similar goalkeeping errors (5th one was a foul on him to be fair). He should not of been chosen really. He was in horror form and like normal he continued it at the World Cup
