So they just need all their youth to be able to step into core roles and perform at a high standard, if only a rebuild was so simple. if their recruitment is that good I wouldn't be moving him on at all.

Mate come join our board. Half of it including myself know this, dwell over this and get told we aren’t supporters.

We have rolled over in finals every year but I think genuinely there were only 3 seasons where they truly had a chance: 2013, 2016 and 2020. 0 true shots if you count Chris Scott’s coaching and Patrick Dangerfield being todays Buckley figjam.

Your midfield is honestly quite atrocious considering the names in there and I don’t know if it’s poor coaching but most of them haven’t hit 30 yet although quite close. Redden, Shuey, Gaff, Kelly, Yeo all need a refresher because together as a unit they’re no good. I think for where you’re at that at least two of them gotta go whilst there’s still currency.

You can’t make finals so why persist with Hurn and especially Kennedy? Your list is slowly coming fit and that just shuns development for another year. Don’t end up like North Melbourne.
