At the end of the day, Sydney enjoyed freedoms for 15 months people in Melbourne could only dream of and will spend less time in lockdown than Melbourne due to Delta, so tell us again why you’d prefer more lockdowns and more deaths???

People need to check themselves, because while lockdown is hard, it is very, very temporary.

My grandfather had to go and fight in trenches in Northern Africa for this country - he didn't get much of a say in it, it was the thing that had to be done. And I'm not minimalising that lockdown is tough, by comparison it is an infinitely more palatable way to help your country than going to war.

No idea, I know Victoria’s was ****ed before these outbreaks but that’s pretty consistent over the last 22 years. It’s why they need to train Firefighters to become medical responders instead of investing in more ambulances or paramedics.

Victorians have had their head in the sand in relation to police corruption. Most Victorians aren’t political. They don’t realize what happens when you let police act without accountability. Now we see police brutality and a “nothing to see here” type of investigation into incidents. It’s pretty much bred out of the Andrews term of office. The police never investigated Andrews properly for red shirts fiasco and a range of other things. At this point the police are the forceful arm of Andrews. It’s sad because it’s pretty much ruined the state. Andrews has been an absolute disaster for Victoria.

Are you talking about the video where someone approaches a police officer and the camera operator says "oh no he's back" and he gets tackled to the ground using a police approved technique, but paramedics werne't called because it was a minor injury?

It is quite funny watching Nazis and Fascists get treated with absolute kid gloves by the police over the past few days and still whinging. If you want to see police brutality, go and join in a (real) trade union march one day, you can learn all about kettling and batons.
