So let me get this straight, you are questioning me and want to now judge me, a guy from Victoria and not NSW, for not questioning the Gladys report (who is not even a premier anymore) and why it hasn’t been released yet.. in a Daniel Andrews thread?

ABC also all over todays news. Are they “murdochracy” as well are they?

The attacks on Dan during the COVID pandemic by (generally) employees of the so called news networks run by Murdoch, who did not engage in journalism and would ignore during the election big whopping easy targets (eg visit to Northern hospital by Dan, having just had a leaked report which alleged many negative issues in the hospital ED) and the Murdoch press focused on a 10 year olf car crash

This leads to the conclusion that the press have nothing useful to say

So people tune out

So when the press try to highlight this type of corruption, people are already tuned out

So it is Murdoch's fault, and he is an american, hence USA.

Australian born, but not bad. now we are getting there. I'll take it.

Reckon if the bellend right wing media didn't spend year after year burning away any credibility on nuffy attacks on s**t like the back steps of a rental place, they may have found some traction on this kind of actually serious seeming stuff.

We don't have right wing media or murdoch i'm afraid. like rwnj, this is an oversight on my behalf, but we can't accept this on this corruption charge unfortunately, we'll have to wait until the next one.

The catholic church has been systematically protecting podophiles for hundreds of years and really should have been sued out of existence by now in a just world. Daniel Andrews is also catholic.

Ugh, i'm not sure what to do with this. you've hit the catholic angle well, i'll give you that. But unfortunately, it doesn't really leave folks with a good avenue to diversion. i reckon they'll be thinking "andrews a catholic? is that good? is that bad? ah stuff it, i can't run with this" and they probably won't build on it.
as i just mentioned im pretty sure a certain leader of a certain state party is catholic (hint, hint) so maybe you could divert with that?

Look, it was a truly wonderful diversion, complete with video for no one to watch and commentary on a political leader not involved in any way, but we are looking for first past the post and unfortunately this masterpiece wasn't quite there. Now, had they mentioned scomo though - who knows the great heights this diversion could've taken? ....just imagine adogsfan5, a post involving that picture of scomo holding the coal in parliament.... and bang! we'd be off talking about the climate and how shit he was! a double kill for discussing, let alone accepting andrews corruption probe!
