The states seemed to play the us and them strategies with Morrison. He was a sinking ship regardless and the premiers or smart ones made sure there was a sufficient gap between them.

In SA Marshall wasn't necessarily ousted because of his Covid response, it was more so that him and his party were a useless bunch of muppets that actually weren't in majority by the time the election came around.

Two former school-mates with some industry links (and deep pockets) have a bet on whether one of them can get any Sky show or traditional News outlet to report that Hun Sen is handing over to his son to move to Victoria to act as an adviser for Andrews.

Apart from the diabolical misuse of the word quarantining - “quartining” and even quarantine that you mis-spelt - leaves me little doubt that you are a virologist.
However
I’ll proceed regardless

Hotel quarintine is not proper quartining. Doesn't matter what kind of security you put there. The virus doesn't care about what security or politics you have in place.


The Australian government could've saved a lot of money, heartache and lockdowns if it built purposely built quartining facilities from that start

1. Where were they going to be built?
2. How would you have contracted the labour and the build using COVID measures?
3. Where would you have sourced the materials? We had no container ships getting here for months and shortages went on long after locked downs were lifted.
4. Hotel quarantine conducted properly was ideal with each room a self contained unit.
5. How far away from the CBD would you have built them ? This then poses the issue of having staff willing to work away from home and the provision of food and other staples.

I’ve rarely read a post that is as ludicrous as yours.
