He's got an oedema in his back. Basically a build up of fluid. Could potentially related to the glandular fever episode? Anyhoo it's better than being a structural issue.

They said last week he's about a month off returning to some sort of training.

That is a lot better than a stress fracture or disc issue. Let’s hope we see the kid in the 2nd half of the season in that case

Lynch had a broken foot. Syndesmosis is always at least a month out so they obviously jabbed him up, taped it, and set him back out there knowing it won't become any worse. He finished pretty well too.

That’s pathetic and with the state of our list you would never risk that. He finished poorly imho. We will see how long he actually takes before his return bc nothing is set in concrete with our medicos and fitness staff.

They’re both imho as they always check footage of incident at the time for assessment for concussion and other medical issues. They would have seen the severity of it and they’ve reported how serious it was to us today, so they should never have taken the chance. They’re amateurs and screwing our team up with their incompetence.

Medicos always playing funny buggers at Punt Rd. Colina was unsighted for a month before his injury was disclosed. We've got 12 injured players and 5 playing who're underdone and just back from injury. 17/44 injured or just back from injury. 3 games in. Ross Lyon would've had them bounced for way less than that. Louie will probably get promoted and be our next CEO

I’ve seen another (unconfirmed) report that he has taken extended personal leave due to a family matter but should be back at the club soon

He trained yesterday. And last week too I believe.
