Swann and Icke played this one poorly. If they'd asked for the Bock compo pick before we were able to use it on Tambling, they may well have got it. But seeing as Richmond were proactive early, they were able to get the most advantageous (for them) deal done. On balance (with both trades in mind) a good result for us.

In any other draft, I would be quite happy with those picks, but with GC dominating this draft, it might not be as good.

I hope that we can do 1 or 2 last minute deals to secure a 2nd round pick, early 3rd pick or a another player. If we don't I'm still happy with who we picked up.
