Aww diddums. Getting in a huff for being shown up as a duffa?

If you mean on the 'Premiership Clock' whereby average age of 25 is closer to a grand final then you probably are about 12. I expect you'll have to turn that list over thrice to rid it of spudness.

You really are deluded enough to believe that the lame crap that you post actually bothers me, aren't you?

Keep up the good work.

Would make 2 of us but I am not that deluded. No one could seriously spout the crap you do, it must all be tongue in cheek. I mean, who'd have Hansen above Watts, let alone Riewoldt.

Take out Rawlings and Harvey and our average age is 12.

What does it matter though? The difference still wouldn't be much anyway.

What is it with the obsession North supporters have with comparing their own young players to every other (Mainly ours and Richmond) list?

I mean seriously, just read some of the stuff on their board. It is just wierd  .

*rubs eyes............looks............rubs eyes again.................looks again........

Could someone please verify if a Melbourne supporter actually had the audacity to make that post?

Brad, let's be honest, North would trade Hansen for Riewoldt in a heartbeat if the opportunity to do so presented itself.

Nope. Reiwoldt is proving himself to be an absolute gun but Hansen has shown a lot down back and is now proving he could become a genuine forward in the coming years. Not saying Hansen is better, just think that he's going to be just as good in a few years (hopefully).

Anyway, Brad Roo, you're out on your own here. lol

Hansen's a good player, would love him at Melbourne holding down CHB.

The fact that you responded to my post tells me enough.

Cheers for making this so easy :thumbsu:

Are you 7 years old?

Here's a tip.

Go and check how many posts from you Melbourne flogs that I have completely ignored.

Came in here just to see your reply Brad Roo. I needed a good old laugh and you provided :thumbsu:

Hansen certainly not living up to a number 3 pick. Finally coming good now and lookign half decent.

Why compare him to a young kid? WHy not compare him to Jack Riewoldt another KPP from his draft who is currently showing where he should probably be at? If you put it that way he is a major dissapointment 4 seasons in.

Watts will be a gun just needs another ten kgs. Plus MFC midfield will make him look so flipping good with the delivery he will be getting in the next couple of years even if he is a spud.

Riewolt can only play forward, Hansen can play forward and back. Hansen = 2 quality players in one. Grima by himself will shut down Riewolt in rd16 clash.

I don't see Melbourne supporters sitting on our board constantly making threads about other teams?

You've got issues Brad. You don't attend North games either :thumbsd: .

You Richmond blokes just don't get it.

I'm certain that opposition coaches will be well and truly happy to concede 5 goals a week to a player that attracts 90% of the inside 50's. There is a reason that Richmond are on the bottom of the ladder.

Of course, any team that is smart enough to camp a player 15 meters behind him will bring that tally down to 2-3 goals very quickly.

You mean like Hawks did -4 goals

Like the bombers did - 6 goals...

Hansen at the moment is so far off a quality forward it is not funny, he is closer to a quality back. One decent game and by saying that I am being generous.

Seriously now one is giving you shit for it he was rated top 3 at the time but he is not justifying his selection yet. He still might but he has a long way to go..

Essendon won.

He is a quality "back", and if he had kicked straight people would be lauding his returns in his first 2 games as a forward.

He is the best KPP from his draft and has accounted for Tredrea and Tippet in defence and has then swung forward and had effectively 10 shots on goal in 3 quarters of football. I would like to see Reiwoldt or Gumbleton do the same thing.

OMG you continue to make yourself look like a moron.

Firstly I didn't say we won but I did say numbers were back on Riewoldt and he still kicked goals, that was what you said. Plus Cox dropped back on him on Sunday as well as Embley playing in front.

Secondly I think you are talking shit with ten shots on goal in 3 quarters but I will endulge you. HE KICKED 2 F***** GOALS....so because he is one of the worst set shots going round we shouldn't take that into account? What kind of best KPP from the draft has a hit rate of 20%.

As for the players you are saying he has accounted for TREDREA...wow just wow..the guy is in his flipping prime atm isn't he? Secondly Tippett..again kid is not having the best season but at least that one holds some sort of merit.

Top 5 KPP from that draft maybe:

1. Riewoldt
2. Frawley
3. Gumbleton
4. Hansen

You are so bias it is not even funny. When Hansen starts putting the performances that Riewoldt is putting together week in week out then you can even put him in the same league but until then he is just a average player taken at pick 3.

West Coast play 1 on 1 football, the entire world knows that.

Well..........except for you.:o

Plus Cox dropped back on him on Sunday as well as Embley playing in front.

Rubbish.

The way you beat Reiwoldt is to put a man behind him, not in front of him. Have one player play him shoulder to shoulder and another player tracking him from 15 metres behind, continualy covering the fat side. That way when he runs up the ground doing figure eights between the 20 metre goal area and the 50 metre arch, you can cut him off as the Richmond players kick to the fat side.

I guarantee this would limit him to no more that 2 goals a game.

Anyway, it's fairly irrelevant as most opposition clubs are happy to concede 5 goals from 90% of the inside 50's. They win 95% of the time regardless.

Did Hansen have it on with your GF or something?

At the end of the day, there is a bit little overrating, and alot of underrating in this thread.

You are underrating Hansen's season enormously.

He has played CHB this season, is averaging 17 disposals a game, is in the top 10 in the league for contested marks, and playing CHF for two weeks, has had 10 shots on goal.

Gumbleton has had 25 for the season in the same position.

Your argument is, he's not a quality forward yet? :o

****, I might start sticking the boot into Ben Griffiths, Jayden Post and Tyrone Vickery then for not being AA in their respective positions.

We get it, Riewoldt is in a rich vein of form.

But I don't think North fans are as clueless as to hijack every thread proclaiming Lindsay Thomas to being 10 times the player Mitch Morton is.
