Well he played well that day, against a sub standard opponent. Who's to say Picken wouldn't be able to do the same if he was told to not run with an opponent? After all, even when he does he is still pretty much even with Greenwood in the statistics stakes.
And its common knowledge that the average footy punter and most media have been criminally underrating North for the last quarter century. And criminally overrating the Dogs as a team and as individuals.
Am I saying Greenwood is better than Boyd or Cooney? No, of course not. He's not.
But he's better than Picken.
Here we go again. Persecution complex. Maybe the media is spot on regarding North, but you just don't want to see that.
