Just letting you all know that there are 2 werribee games on saturday as well. So get there early to see our guys that are playing for werribee. I think the games start at 8am(if anyone wants to get there that early).

The VFL website has Werribee reserves starting at 10.30am and Werribee seniors starting at 1pm. On the bulldogs site the Brissy practice match starts at 2pm, so either the Werribee matches must start earlier or the bulldogs start later. I just rang the Dogs to confirm and was told they cannot give out the practice match details for Saturday at the moment as the schedule is not done. I think i would confirm the schedule for this Saturday later in the week to avoid being disappointed again.

Well i got an sms from someone that wanted me to help with the bbq and that saying the games start at 8am.

The Bulldogs play the Brisbane Lions on Saturday 15 March at Whitten Oval at 2pm in the Wizard Regional Challenge Series. Entry is free for Bulldogs members or $10 (adults), $5 concession.

Hope to catch up with you on Saturday Larry6 and anyone else from the Bigfooty Bulldogs board. I`ll be hanging around with my two young blokes who are ten and eleven. You should remember Tom Larry6 from the pics of the Barwon Bulldogs BBQ who wears number 17 and my eldest son wears number 14, so if you see a grey haired bloke with a mo and goatee with two kids wearing 17 and 14 say hello. I have only met K9 54 at the last Intra club game "which was great to meet him and his son" so its going to be a big day and it would be nice meet up with others.

I read in the local rag last night that the Werribee games start at 10.30am and gates open at 10am from memory. It makes you wonder how the papers get their info. or who gives it out. Anyway i`ll be there, my boys have got their footy jumpers at the ends of their beds.

There is two werribee games, so the paper might only have put one game in.
But the gates do open at 8am and the 1st werribee game is at 9. Well thats what ive been told anyway,and im pretty sure its right.

Thanks mel, i`m sure your correct about the times and definately was not questioning you. I just get a bit frustrated reading inaccurate times in the paper and wonder why they or the club cannot get the times correct as of course other Bulldog and Werribee supporters will have read it as well and possibly arrive late, it pi$$es people off.

I know exactly what you mean. I think your best bet would be to ring up the club on friday and just check, cos i wouldnt want you all to get there early and there isnt a game on.
