Probably notit's job on the line time for simpson now. gf credits all used up.
should our mids prove more effective this weekend, will he have the balls to leave priddis out indefinitely?

Have we actually ever lost a game without Priddis since he was getting regular games?
Not sure Priddis had anything to do with the last quarter. Redden did his job and did it well.I think if not for the last quarter choke, there'd be a lot of questions about bringing Priddis back in next week.

went through it a while back....he's only missed about 7 games since 2010 and we've won them all
The only games he's missed for the last five years...all wins.
2017 Rd15 vs WB: 87-80
2016 Rd4 vs Rich: 125-57
2015 QF vs Haw: 96-64
2013 Rd19 vs Suns: 130-113
2012 Rd8 vs StK: 121-91
2012 Rd3 vs GWS: 150-69
There was one other game Rd5, 2013 where he was knocked out (I think) against Port in Adelaide and only had two touches. We lost that 84-79
If Pridda was playing, we would have been 3 men down instead of two. He seriously needs to call time. He doesn't add anything to this side anymore. Our last quarter would not have been helped by Priddis lack of pace, and we could quite easily say that the only reason we were in a position to win was because our mis functioned well enough to get us a decent lead away from home in the first place. We all watched that game. We led the clearances for most of the game, ran down the opposition when they had the footy, and used the ball so much better kicking inside 50 because we weren't helicopter kicking it onto our forwards heads. Even the commentators mentioned how well we were using the ball through the middle and cutting the Dogs up in the process. There's no doubt were were better without turtles tackles, handball to feet, and helicopter kicks

I think people need to realise correlation =/= causation.
And it's not like the games Priddis has missed have been important other then the QF in 2015, and that was our best game of the year.
I don't really care about the results as such.
Some could have gone either way.
It's the dynamic in the middle. We look better we are faster with the ball and don't panic bomb as much.
And for the last quarter he is as bigger culprit as young players at just throwing it on the boot with no composure.
Each time we have played without him our ball movement has looked much better, different team like.
