Great appointment.

Has a strong combintion of gravitas, cojones, tough love and care for this players. Exactly the traits we needed in our next coach and something lacking in the other candidates (other than Hird) as an outsider.

Supposedly had numerous conversations with club over last few weeks but nothing formal. Would have presented to panel officially today and if Yze was the clubhouse leader, he's clearly presented better to get the gig.
Time to support the club and their decision and come together with the goal to improve our club to be a legitimate successful club again.
