Then columns showing best and secondary team role
Dark blue is first role average or better. Light blue not so great or back-up
Green is secondary Roles. an X is X factor meaning potential to be better than average in future

I also included a best replacement covering already retired or current players over 30

This reinforces my belief that:
----with a couple of exceptions, departed or about to retire players have been\will be covered reasonably well
——with the exception of Lake (frawley) the replacements for departed players have come from an age group at least three years younger
----On the whole, there is coverage in each role through the age groups

getting a look at the players in JLT1 helped enormously putting this together

Just looking at talls in particular, we have a FB Frawley, A FF Roughhead and a Ruck McEvoy

All the others seem to be somewhat mix and match, but some structure is emerging, but all being well they become second or third KB or KF (or HB HF)

Mature HB= O'Brien Mature HF=Schoenmakers Mature ruck = Ceglar
Young HB=Brand, Kosi Young HF=Lewis, Nash Young Ruck = Pittonet

Then of course theres MOHR as backup fullback
