I reckon the Hornets will make a big play for Wade or Lebron. Peja out, Lebron in... Just imagine Paul and Lebron working together.

You'll need close to 20 million of immediate space, I don't think Peja coming off the books will provide that to the already over the cap hornets.

The Hornets, like my Magic, will be set to give the MLE for a while.

LEBRON was great yesterday

but once again was very disappointing to watch offense stagnation from the cavs

ive watched every game live this year on sopcast/justin

but mo williams has not got into his groove at all
and we still dont move for periods on offense (its improved but not a hell of a lot)

were lucky we have a guy who will take and make the big shots even though he was what 1-19 from 3s before that
hes a beaaaaast

Watching the Cavs is almost as frustrating as watching the Spurs (but for different reasons)

The Cavs stand around sitting in corners waiting for LeBron to score or kick it to them, noone has urgency (bar Varajoa who is crazy on offensive boards)

Chris Paul set an NBA record on Saturday night as his Hornets routed the Heat to end a two-game losing skid.

Paul became the first player in NBA history to start a season with six games with 20 or more points and 10 or more assists, surpassing Oscar Robertson, who achieved five consecutive games in 1968.

Good effort.

I could never understand that draft.

I get taking Bogut at 1, safe bet, big man, cant teach height, plus he has skills.

But I never saw what the deal was about Marvin Williams. I loved Paul at Wake (even though I hate Wake, and JJ nailed him and them in college) and he just seemed like a heaps better prospect.

Deron Williams had a bit more shock value, had no idea he was that good a playmaker at Illinois. But my god he was a unit then (and now).

Good to see Bostons bench doing something on the road. TA with 10 in the 2nd quarter alone. Powe, House, BBD been good.

Paul Piece has 4 Fouls Amar Johnson has 4 Rondo and AI have 3. Seems like a ok game, Rash hasnt hit a 3 pointer yet 0-4. Perkins & KG really bringing the boards down.

Good game Memphis @ Denver......

Billups looking right at home......by the looks of the other game this trade is paying off

and FWIW, Mayo is an absolute gun!:thumbsu:

Mayo with 20 point 2 minutes into the 2nd qtr. Only on 11 minutes. 8-9 shooting, 3-3 from downtown He's on fire

Drained another 3 for 26 points now.

:57.9 ATL - J. Johnson misses a 26-foot three-pointer from the top of the arc
1:16 ATL - R. Murray defensive rebound
1:20 OKC - J. Smith misses a layup
1:30 OKC - Full timeout (Timeout #5)
1:30 ATL - Layup by J. Johnson. Assist: A. Horford
1:33 ATL - A. Horford defensive rebound

OKC couldnt afford those offensive boards.

Atlanta get lucky and hold on.

No defense game on atm. 36-33 qtr time between Golden State and the Kings. That would be a final score of 144-132 game if it stays at this pace

Incase anyone was wondering, the Bobcats are still a horrible team

cant believe they were dumb enough to pay Okafor $72 million over 6 years

wasnt worth 50 million, has barely improved his play in 5 years in the NBA

Houtson starting very well. Up 16-7.

Pau seems to be struggling. Has got the ball stolen off him 3 times already.

NBA leader in Rebounds has 11 boards already coming into the 1/2 time break, including 5 offensive...12 now

EDIT: At least he was until Dwight raked in 16 yesterday

So many fouls in the Grizzlies game. Its still close though, and Melo is sitting with 5. Go the Grizz!

How has Darrell Arthur looked?

I thought he was near certain to be a bust, but he's putting up some decent defensive numbers.

And the lakers are up by 2 at the half. Sac has turned the screws on GS, up by 14 now.
