Going to say no. He suits 4 so much I wouldn’t change something that clearly works. Surely Paddikal is the one to open anyway

Should have made this clearer. He only bats at 4 because Virat isn’t going to drop down to 4. He bats at 3 for MI. And I’m more suggesting in this series where we have a mix in our 1st XI and our 2nd XI.
So that we can take full advantage of sky’s form

I think he can bat 3.

If India get decent opening starts eg like 90/0 , could see no reason why they couldnt move him up the order to 3 to pinch hit. He can pinch hit and play the role of rebuilding an innings just as well.

Still no for mine. In a top side he’s going to bat 4, keep him there.

NZ bowled out for 160 batting first in the 3rd T20.

Looked like they were on track for 180+ with the partnership from Conway and Phillips but then they collapsed in a heap to lose 7 wickets for 30.

India should chase that total down comfortably.

The rain has returned, according to DLS the match will be a tie if they don't get back out there as India's score is right on par.

The match has been called off with it ending in a tie so India win the T20 series 1-0 with one win, one match abandoned and one match not completed.

Hopefully the weather for the ODI series is better and they get 3 full games in.
