I really hope that the boys make a bit of a run in the last few games. Will do heaps for confidence leading into next season.

A win next week against the Dogs would be perfect! We have proven we dont tank this week and hopefuly can break our travelling drought next week.

We should beat North Melbourne and Richmond at home. That will take us to 7 wins. If we could sneak a win agains the Dogs or the Crows, I will be very happy to end the sason on 8 wins. 8 wins means twice as many wins than last season and shows how much we have improved.

I wanted the pick as much as anyone but I am also glad its gone. Watching the team and not wanting a win deep down is no fun at all.

I tell you what though if they dont springboard from this round and make a good account of themselves over the next few weeks I will be very un happy. Wins against North and Richmond with a good showing interstate is what I want to see.

must agree with that Bodazoka..always better to see the stirrings of self belief+confidence, than wait+wallow around for a free handout..

coulda sworn someone was guiding the ship down the tankers lane..but a relief to see a win..bloody strange games,tactics,skills,the whole season really..heres hoping its all gonna make sense from game 1 next year? (certainly lots of cream waiting to rise to the top)

Watching that game was agonising! Wanting them to lose, hoping they would win, torture!

It's not right that you hope your team loses, so I am glad it is gone, although I am trying not to think of what we may have just passed up.

the young blokes that stood up today (masten, ebert, swift, natta etc) will take a lot out of the match. even houlihan, wilson, lots of blokes... a gutsy win against (an underdone) essendon.

Could not be happier with that win.

Everyone contributed, Callum Wilson had a sensational debut, we showed we can shape the finals race by denting Essendon's chances, and best of all we've now seen the last of the tanking talk.

Only downside for mine was that we've given Carlton's finals hopes a boost.

Do not miss the priority pick one bit.

I seriously hope our skill level improves drastically next season. We have the talent to make finals next season but if the skills arent upto it, we will suffer. Oh and work on the goal kicking too.
