Ok......when was this determined? Proof please. Show me, and I'll believe it until then it's just hearsay. Not withstanding that 7 out of the top 10 suburbs in Adelaide living below the poverty line are in the Western Suburbs. Want proof of this: Go to the Sociology Department at Flinders Uni.

I must admit, I heard something about that a while ago too...

It was some kind of study that took all of these factors into account, including unemployment, property value, socio-economic factors, crime rate, etc, and yeah, Elizabeth came out tops.
