The Fog one was so infuriating - you'd back him to kick that set shot 8/10, why the **** did he feel the need to play on?!

It was a symptom of everything we were doing. Zero composure. Playing on when we didnt need to. Trying to kick goals from 70m when teammates are free closer to goal. Handballing when running into an open goal. Risky crosses to contested situations at defensive 50. Handball to someone under pressure when you have a set shot. Bomb it long to the one guy on the field with no one on him. ALL. BLOODY. GAME.

We just weren't up to it mentally

Rankine has derailed our season. Sure we were in average form but in any normal course of events we might have recorrected.

I don't want any more media from the club about anything other than football.

No Rankine, no crowd rebukes, please no response to satisfy Mitch Brown or whatever other issue people want to bang on about (there's a 1000 legitimate social issues in life but none should be the focus of anyone at the club), no fluff pieces, no kids in oppo guernseys, no excuses...sick to death of the circus Rankine has created.

10 goals in 10 games after that which include 3 vs Port and 3 vs North. So 4 goals in the other 8 games.

Fog kicked 25 goals in the first 9 games.
15 goals in 14 games after that.

He wasn't going for goal on that shot, he wasn't even looking at the goals when he kicked, was 100% a "be unselfish" square up to the top of the square.

Other than Tex, a lot of them haven't learnt there's time's when they need to man up and take the shot. Pedlar did with his, so did Tex, Fog and Thilthorpe didn't. Of course then you have Keays who needs to learn to be a bit of the opposite.

I wasnt at the game and I will clarify I have never booed at any time in my life in games I have attended. Never seen the point. I just think its part of the game and I can understand why some people choose to partake in it. Personal choice really. I dont think anyone has the right to tell anyone what they can and cant do at a football game as far as how they choose to barrack.

Moore is a defensive liability when he has to actually defend but we gifted him the game on a platter.

Apropos of nothing, Walker is now one goal behind Fogarty for the year, and Keays is 5 back. Depending how long Adelaide's season goes, it's entirely possible Fogarty finishes 4th in the club goal kicking ladder on current form.
