NikkiNoo did and he was hard at the contest. Need that in a showdown. Get the 32 up and running again.Did anyone see the SANFL game live? How was he?
Good reports from the SANFL. He has made himself available.that would be hilarious and sad all in one post.
That's my belief. 1 change or unchanged with Knight potentially coming in.I hope we go with the extra tall in defense but suspect that Knight might be the only inclusion.
Yes it would be exciting.I'm sure he has.
but for some reason I would feel lied to. be excisting to see him play though.

I would bring in Knight and Shaw for the two usual suspects.
Not because I hate them but because I think Knight has to come in and Mackay is the last mid picked, and Shaw would give our defence a nice balance in place of VB.
If Milera or McGovern are dropped, I will be sick.
I saw him in the south trial. Marshalled the backline and played the intercept sweeper role quite well. Was good against west as well by reports in the SANFL thread and podcast.Shaw is actually a very interesting idea that I hadn't even given any thought to myself. 194cm and is capable of playing on the talls as he showed in 2012. Would release Lever to play that 3rd tall role again which suits him perfectly, instead of being stuck playing as that 2nd tall.
Thing is with Shaw, is that he's quick and athletic enough in that he doesn't slow down our back line dramatically, and would probably still allow us to have Cheney in the side without our back 6 looking like a bunch of plodders coming out of defence. If his kicking has improved remarkably as some stated in the PS games, then I can't see why not. 2 very mobile talls in Lever and Shaw, with Cheney playing on the resting mids / intercept game.
How was Shaw in the SANFL too anybody?
I reckon you could make a case for any of the following:At least we have six or so names we can throw in for possible selections for a change.

Thanks. You expanded more on what I couldn't.I reckon you could make a case for any of the following:
Beech
Knight
Hartigan
Otten
Cameron
Ellis-Yolmen
Lyons
Menzel
Shaw
Henderson
Obviously some cases stronger than others, and I don't particularly rate Otten or Henderson in particular, but you could make the case.
Much better situation than often in past years where there has maybe been one or two options in the SANFL.

Milera has played one game to Mackay's 145 and you're basically admitting that in terms of contribution they're already on level pegging.Jeez, cooked is a bit much.
VB should go first, then probably the Gov for structure. Then you can flip a coin on Mackay and Milera - they're the next two.
I didn't go however I did enquirer and was told
1. He got stronger as the game went on
2. Was really physical in the contest
3. Decision making and ball use was very good
Id be very interested to see what Pyke could do with Henderson. He's not great 1v1, but his intercept game is quite good when he doesn't hear footsteps, which has happened once for a 6 week stretch over the course of his 8 year career. He's a smart footballer Henderson (when he wants to be). We've seen his best, and its actually very, very good. Thing is he wasn't at his peak for long.
Id be curios to see what Pyke could make of Hendo if he got him onto a wing or as the 7th defender in VB or Smiths role.
