Apparently (according to the Adelaide board), we're the 'worst supporters in the league' and 'pretty bloody annoying'. Ok fellas, now I hope we embarrass you on your home turf. Campaigners.

That's strange, usually it's only Vics who get us mixed up with eagles fans.

I've also not seen Ryan play but every time I've seen his wafl stats since he ' played it's looked like he's killed it, so would like to see him brought in for a floggo like Sutcliffe.

Sutcliffe hasn't been that bad since coming in. He's not getting destroyed in contests and making good decisions.

So no Ballas - was hoping for his aggro this weekend.

Guess it just means another youngster doesn't have to make way for a senior player.

No changes for this weekend.

Ballas didn't do his hammy he coped a cork and had a bit of hamstring tightness . The Club took him off as a precaution only .He will need to get over the cork. When I was walking past the change rooms after the game he was talking to his team mates and went into full detail about how he was after the game .
Don't believe everything you hear

If you let go of the hate you'll see Sutty hasn't actually been that bad since his return. He's not best 22 when we're fully fit, no doubt, but atm he's performing his job well enough, like Danyle Pearce. We have other areas of greater concern.

Game will follow a predictable pattern: We'll have a shit first quarter and depending on the margin at QT we may have a chance.

I don't think there'll be any coming back from a shit first quarter against Adelaide in Adelaide. Anything less than total commitment and intensity from the opening bounce and we're toast.

Good first quarter or not (its unlikely given form) realistically our chances of getting a result here depend on whether the Crows kick straight
Looking at their results, they're one of the most accurate teams in the comp :(

Not sure who said this, but it is NOT the general consensus on the Adelaide board that Fremantle have the worst supporters!

Adelaide has has their own bad first quartets when coming up against teams they are expected to pound.

It would be nice to get out to a ten goal lead like the kangaroos did.

You guys are the west coast of SA, you're supposed to think Port are the worst fans.

By the way, I've been noticing a lot of WCE fans jumping ship to Adelaide this week.

To be fair, Crows fans have probably had a bit to do with Brades on here. ;)

Last time we did battle against Adelaide we had a very different team:

B: Sheridan - Silvangi - Spurr
HB: Langdon - Collins - Hughes
C: Walters - S.Hill - Weller
HF: Ballas - Mayne - D.Pearce
F: Apeness - Pav - Clarke
Fol: Sandi - Mundy - Neale
Int: Tucker - Blakely - Ibbotson - Yarran

In bold are players that are unlikely to play this time around.

In are: Hamling, B.Hill, McCarthy, Kersten, Sutcliffe, Fyfe, Tabs, Johnson, Grey and Crozier

As much as I miss Pav, we are definitely a better side this time around and might even give Adelaide a run for their money.

Exactly.

A decent chance that neither team touches the ball until the start of the second quarter.

Thinking Langdon could do with a rest/spell at Peel but happy for him to work through stuff in the firsts as well. I know he's been carrying an injury and his output has been down. Would only want him out for another youngster in though. None of this Suban business.

We should drop Johnson and Pearce... and Ibbo. They are all done.

Johnson was arguably our best defender last week, lost count of his intercept marks
Pearce made a few silly clangers, but has been decent.
Ibbo we all know about, but he gets scapegoated a lot, last few weeks Sutcliffe has been just as bad, if not worse.

Obviously none of them are in the long term picture (hopefully) but can't just suddenly drop them all and throw whoever in the Lions', I mean Crows' den

Out: Ibbo, he's way too soft these days and too slow to move the ball
In: Ryan

Only one change to show faith in the other lads who IMO all played well enough to keep their spots but only just for some
