Well boys and girls it looks like the start of a new era down Demonland way. Well, a temporary era until we pick up Bluey McKenna
(I hope)
Anywho it looks as though the kids are set to come in at the expense of some tired and injured senior players of ours. Green, Neitz, Bell and Johnstone are all likely to miss through injury and I wouldn't be surprised to see Brown dropped after Friday nights dismal performance of sorts.
The good news is that we can welcome back everyones favourite Miller. Garland is a chance to play, as is Dunn. Rivers is also apparently pushing for selection.
For mine I'd say
Out: Green, Neitz, Johnstone, Bell, Brown
In: Buckley, Dunn, Frawley, Johnson, Whelan
I'm not sure what the story is with Wheels but if he's fit it'd be good to see him out on the park for a few games this season.
Carlton are mainly our bogey side and I'm not expecting too much going into this match. I would not be surprised at all if they beat us however I take heart in the fact that our loss this week probably hurt us a whole lot more than their loss hurt them. Teams usually put out a good showing under a new coach, or so the myth goes so my bias aside, I'm hoping for about a 2 or 3 goal win. Without Stevens and Walker who seem to murder us everytime we play them, I'm hoping for a good showing and exploiting their ruck deficiencies
