Simple assignment for GWS - win. Fellow finals aspirant, 10 vs 9, win and we stay on track for an unlikely finals appearance. Lose and while it's not impossible, it becomes harder. If we think we're good enough, we need to prove we're good enough.

Crows have been very good this year at home, so it's a difficult game to win, especially having lost our gun mid in Tom Green. But good teams find a way to win. Let's go Giants, run them off their feet from the D50, and tackle like crazy.

There's an error in the team below: with Tom Green out it's J Wehr who comes in, not C Stone as per the sheet.

Hoping for an upset but Adelaide in Adelaide have been formidable winning 7 of their last 8 matches this year, with that loss a one point loss to Collingwood. It will be a hard game for us, especially with Tom Green’s unavailability. This is probably the second hardest of our remaining games this season (an Adelaide game against the rampant Port is the hardest). Let’s go Giants, and hopefully we will celebrate Whitfield’s 200th game today with a great win.

It's certainly going to be entertaining! Surely the belief is high at both clubs. Tom Green out hurts but I still think we have the cattle and gameplan to win this. Our backline has been so solid recently. That's in part to the pressure we are putting on up the ground.
Feels like a final.

What’s happening to our players with these injuries in the last couple of days, after a relatively great run recently? Callaghan was one of just 5 Giants who had played all games this year. Up against it

We should be leading I think. Green, OHalloran, and Callaghan out might just be that loss of class that costs us. Should have given Derksen a game maybe?
