Misleading email from AFL though. Thought that competing clubs had until 12 to get tickets then open to other full AFL members. Have since found out that friends who follow Essendon and North bought tickets at 10 in bay M19.
What priority the the competing clubs get? Other friends who tried got Q. Not that happy but still glad to be there.

What priority the the competing clubs get?

In terms of the prelim, competing clubs AFL members get no special advantages for this weekend.

It's a "full member" weekend really, where Full Members get first crack at the tickets, and then at 12pm today Silver members were supposed to be notified if their were any tickets left.

Can someone explain something to me here. I've had to wait till today to buy the club member tickets as one of our group wasnt sure if he could get off work or not. Anyways, I don't normally buy tickets on the Tuesday so when I went on I was surprised to see that it didn't have a clicky thing for me to be able to get club member tickets, and its telling me I have to wait till tomorrow to buy GA ones? Is there a way I can get around that?

Yeah, nothing you can do about it, i think they want to hold whatever remaining tickets they have left for the general public. I've been trying for 2 days straight and could not get anything decent seat wise

I'm not expecting to get anything good tomorrow either, but i don't want to break my streak of attending matches in Melbourne this year, so i might just have to settle for crappy nose bleeds.

EDIT : Lovely waste of 25 minutes on hold there... Ended up with standing room tickets in the AFL reserve. Would prefer to sit anywhere but I'll survive with standing, as long as I'm at the ****in game I'm happy.

Just got 3 tickets in Q10, was trying for the premium tickets in p6/p7 but according to the site there were none left, doesn't bother me where ever we are, as at least we are at the game.

Now time to go to work for the day then fly over to Melbourne tonight.
