91 kg 'dry' ? meaning no glycogen?! Does he know what glycogen is?!
seriously guys, where did you pull this guy from he has me in fits of laughter, shaking my head in pity hahaha!!!!
If you knew anything about fitness/health you would know 1g of glycogen binds to almost 4g of water. Water is what humans call wet. When you lose your glycogen stores through dieting you lose 3.5g of water per gram of glycogen. Since I have a rather high muscle content on my body I can lose up to 3-4 kilos of water when these glycogen stores are deplete, it is what is known as a "dry" state. It is a better way to measure your actual mass because you contain less water in this state.
Again, your claim to TAFE fame is hilarious to me and anyone with knowledge about the human body. You are completely ignorant and don't even know it.
