Here's an idea - instead of piling more trash on the rehab team, how about we all send out some positive energy and support to the team, along with wisdom, clarity and resilience for the remainder of the season.

Positive energy is contagious so it's high time the Tiger supporters start to spread that around rather than the negative vibes everyone has been wallowing in because seriously we get enough of that from outside the club. Change the mindset, change the outcome.

However I too am a bit alarmed at our seemingly accelerating rate of injuries. At first a few years back I had thought it was just the ageing list. But it must be more than that. Perhaps just what happens when you try too hard...in the absence of talent and a good enough plan and maybe coaching.

Certainly does feel like the club leadership have taken their eye off the ball. Maybe this is the real issue.
Lost that edge that Brendon Gale seemed to bring to the club. Perhaps we won't be getting it back again...for a long time. At least we still have good stability and finances...for the moment. Could be a rinse and repeat of the Graeme Richmond era. On average there would only be 1 premiership every 18 years (atm).

They at least need to do a proper review into the injury list and Meehan’s training methods.

Bad luck, just landed awkwardly etc. can’t keep happening for two years straight and now including our VFL list.

Our list will be physically crippled if this keeps happening, it won’t matter what good draft picks or recruits we get if they are constantly injured.

I always thought Matt White would make a good performance coach. Trained under Pete Burge and Darren Burgess. Was always elite running and getting his body right.

It isn't even being ruthless now that he should be sacked, it's common sense. I am surprised no media outlet or journo has even mentioned our high-performance staff & injuries they just keep blaming the players on-field.

Which I am not saying isn't fair but let's just get one thing straight. no team is winning or playing consistent footy with injuries we have, Geelong only had 3 players out of there 22 last night Cameron, Danger & Hawkins and they got smashed.

Just read Hoppers return from injury has blown out from short term to medium term. He's already missed 5 weeks. On the back of missing a previous 5 weeks. You can't make this stuff up. I remember early 2000's during drought years when couldn't water the grounds there'd be a few osteitis pubis and shin splints injuries. With our standard basic training and rehabilitation methods everything was pretty regular recovery wise.

If Div 1 part timers can sort things out with beer sans gatorade, straight to nightclubs dancing on podiums as hamstring recovery followed by 50hr week on a construction site. Waiting 3 days for a 10 Min massage from either the creepy old mum or the suspect creepy dude and a few ignored stretching routines. How is our so called professional outfit of rehab and conditioning got 100% strike rate of stuffing up every time. I'm calling it now...... Graham and Lynch will break down within a fortnight of their returns.

Russell was poached from Hawks on big coin as he was seen to be a big part of their 3 peat. Voss is also on fairly decent coin (reportedly in top 1/3 of coaches salary wise) Juxtapose this with Punt Rd. Meehan was the bloke shuffling the witches hats and was lazily appointed without scouring anywhere, hardly would've demanded a big jump in pay. Yze is the lowest paid coach literally 18th on the list of highest paid coaches? Wtf is doing our bookkeeping at Punt Rd? I love Benny Gale, but we really feel like a rudderless ship. Will it take the injury list to reach 20 out at once before an admission that somethings rotten in Denmark?
