No seriously, should the footy have a texture, grippy surface to aid ball handling during wet, humid or duey conditions in the name of improving the spectacle?
Or do we prefer watching only the top 10 percent of players who have the skills to master these conditions?
I think the game needs some kind of aid to help the average player look better than they actually are, more so to make the game more enjoyable to watch instead of these slippery slogs we have to endure.
