It seems we've got a bit of a windfall coming in.

COLLINGWOOD'S successful run has continued with a Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal ruling set to save the club hundreds of thousands of dollars and end the financial pain of its association with the Beach Hotel.

500k in rent backpaid to the club and running costs greatly reduced means the sale isn't as urgent.

Great news.

Debt free, most members of any club in history, selling more merchandise then the Phillip Island Penguin shop, and breaking records all over the place, the club is absolutely flying now, both on and off the field.
