Heritage Bakery in Milton NSW (which we still call the Rainbow Pie Shop) is a beautiful converted old pub that sells the best pies I've ever had.

Second best would be Hayden's Pies which are made down the road in Ulladulla but are shipped around the place (including the local shop where I grew up in Canberra). Hayden Bridger even has a cook book out that I keep hinting at as a birthday/xmas gift from family.

Now I want a pie.
