Oh, I knew that was coming. Vardy against Real Madrid and Germany… they all laugh. Right on cue, Shane Long. Now that is a Vardy goal, the German defenders left reeling from that.

Vardy got the assist off the counter as he squared the ball. He could've taken it himself, but was selfless. 2 minutes and he did better than Kane all game.

I stand by my statement: Jamie Vardy is precisely the striker you want against the Barcas, and the Madrids, and the French, and the Germans, or the Euros themselves. I thank Shane Long for presenting that point. Vardy excels in a team where the opposition dominate possession, and on the counter, who better? If he starts against France and Germany next month, I think you'll see him come to the fore (as long as he's not on the wing).

England could be an amazing team if they combined Vardy, Walcott, and the Ox in attack. So much pace and potential right there. Yet they want to play that boring defensive game. Good for qualifying, not good enough for the tournaments. England needs to play to its strengths, not be a wannabe Spain.

But any, excellent analysis on the Liverpool situation, especially with Klopp and what needs to be one, and top drawer stuff as usual. Lots of Irish love to go as well. Feels weird without Bojan, but good to hear Cryuff again, accents and all.

As soon as Cooky mocked the fast paced, energetic Vardy, I felt the need to bring Long up. :)

Take off the blue glasses.

Ridiculous.

What's wrong with what he said?

Give me a guy with passion and determination and energy over a slow, over-paid prima donna any day.

First one I have listened to, sounding good guys :)

Cheers mate! Have a listen to some of the others if you get bored at work/uni/school, there's some gems in there. :) Good way to kill time too haha.
