There needs to be a bill approved…separate laws for individuals that do heinous things to little kids.

It’s not the most important aspect of this sad incident but there’s gonna be a lot guys who are childcare/kindergarten teachers who are gonna be looked at differently from now on. Some will lose their jobs and others will quit.

Well there doesn't really, there are already sufficient laws existing, its just like in a lot of cases the application of them is weak sadly. and like the working with children framework, its powerless to stop people who haven't been caught beforehand.
