The ref cannot be persuaded by the crowd like when teams play in adelaide or perth. He has to be confident in his call (even though it was absolutely wrong).

If we are talking about who we can relate to i am not sure Antman fits the bill, he is one of the best athletes to ever touch a basketball court.
