Yea they played alongside some huge acts last year at ATP, they only released their first album late last year too.

New (and newish) bands that I saw on the circuit last year that really impressed me (off the top of my head) were Bitter Sweet Kicks, The Dozers, The Beat Disease, Kids at the Zoo, Witch Hats, Swedish Magazines, Deaf Wish, Dacios, G.U.T, and the RIP Rides.
Whilst they all impressed me Bitter Sweet Kicks in particular blew me away. I've seen these guys over a dozen times in the last year and they are the real deal!

Big discovery The Church, only been around for 30 or so years. Maybe one day they'll be as big as Eskimo Joe, fingers crossed for them.

Quite like this up and coming WA band, should take 2006 by storm. You heard it here first.
