I don't think they let you set a custom 'quiet' schedule for time of day/day of week though

But Teams does so hopefully it comes for Outlook soon

Any cricketer will tell you that. Whites straight into a bucket of hot water and nappy san when you get home, unless you're too pissed in which case next morning followed by a hot wash and they come up a treat.

best stuff for getting stains out of my whites I found was exit mould. Spray it on grass stains or the red shine stains then 5 minutes later into the wash. never used hot water and they would come out looking brand new every time.

Can anyone recommend a comfortable desk chair with back support that’s stylish/solid enough to be used enough as an occasional chair?

Bonus points if it’s oil paint resistant

Also, is the term "money shot" rude?

I always thought it was a generic reference to a cinematic centrepiece (like, the White House being destroyed in Independence Day), but I used it in a meeting the other day and someone said it was obscene because it's specifically about pr0n.
Can mean jizz can also mean Zapruder like footage. Context is everything with this one I'd argue.

That person is a moron.

While it can also mean what you said, its main meaning refers to pr0n. Just look up the definition of "money shot" - Google lists the pornographic meaning first as does Merriam-Webster, while Collins doesn't even give your generic definition.

The term also apparently originated in the adult film industry in the 50's if the links given here are anything to go by

It doesn't matter. It can be about pr0n (as described by others above), so therefore if someone decides its inappropriate, it's inappropriate. You can choose to die on that hill and defend your usage and continue to use it, or adjust your lexicon moving forward. I wouldn't have flinched at you saying that because context is important and I would've known you were highlighting something as key. But people...

-- Anecdote --
I was on a large Teams call a few weeks back (1000 people) and the presenter used a general Dr Seuss-ism. Someone decided they needed to call them out on the appropriateness of that.
I've also received communications recently about replacing certain technical references from the business lexicon - Blacklist, master branch, etc. You can fight it or just move on and accept your paycheck.

Yeah, I mean, either way I won't be using it in that context again - I was just interested from a more general point of view

Now I have to come up with a similarly zippy word/phrase for talking to sales and marketing yuppies. I guess 'centrepiece' will do.

Are you the centrepiece in a threesome? You've just got pr0n on the mind [emoji1787][emoji12]

While I agree in general that its just easier to make the change and move on, sometimes the complaints are so baseless that they should be pushed back on. What was the Seuss-ism that someone thought was inappropriate? Was it actually inappropriate, or did that person not realise that Dr Seuss hasn't actually been cancelled - it was just 4 of his books that weren't even in print that had inappropriate illustrations?

It was the latter...

And yeah, agree. You need to decide if this is going to be your hill or not, taking into account time and place.

People are factually misinformed all the time. I didn't know the person in question, but hopefully someone who did had a quiet word. The presenters no sold it, which given how well I've seen them tapdance in the past speaks volumes about what they thought of it.
